WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship WORLDWIDE.
If we are unable to ship to your country, it is due to either very expensive shipping rates, or that country is not allowing packages from the US due to Covid restrictions.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For US orders, please allow 3-10 days for your order to be packaged, shipped, and delivered right to you.

For all international orders outside of the US, please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. Occasionally, international orders may surpass the 3 week delivery time. Unfortunately that is out of our control and in the hands of the mail carrier. 

 

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Yes. Once you have placed an order with us, you will immediately receive a confirmation email!

 

WILL MY ORDER HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after you've placed an order with us. Once it has shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. 

 

CAN I REFUND/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

We do not accept exchanges, but we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery ONLY if the package arrived damaged. If you do wish to return your order and receive a refund, be sure to contact us through email and we will gladly assist you. All returns will be thoroughly inspected by our team. 

*Customer MUST provide a photo of the damaged item in order to receive a refund.

We do not refund orders due to dissatisfaction.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL? 

We are not responsible for any orders that are lost during the shipping and delivery process. Once your order has dispatched, it is completely out of our hands. We apologize in advance. You may contact your nearest post office, provide your tracking number, and they will be able to assist you in locating your package. If you email us within a week, we may be able to make an exception and send you a new package or a refund. 

 

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

If you entered the wrong address or left out information such as your apartment number, please contact us through email and we will update the correct one for you. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to make any adjustments.  

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

Once your order has been placed, the package and shipping process has begun. If you need to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us through email. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make those adjustments for you. 

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your order has arrived and it is damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We use 18K-24k Gold filled and Sterling Silver material for our jewelry pieces.
